At HMD Gear, we create unique, on-demand products tailored just for you. Once your order is placed, our products are custom-made, impacting our overall delivery timeframes. We aim to get your unique items to you as efficiently as possible.

We offer several shipping options for our customers within the United States. Please note that while shipping times are estimates, production time (fulfillment) for your custom item cannot be expedited.

Shipping Options for US Customers:

1. Standard Shipping

  • Delivery Time: Typically 2-5 business days once shipped.
  • Cost: Starts at approximately $4.75 for the first item. Please note that the final shipping cost may vary based on the specific product(s) ordered and the print provider fulfilling your order. The exact cost will be calculated at checkout.
  • Availability: This option is available for all orders placed through our website.
  • Additional Considerations: Some products may have Priority Shipping upgrades available, which can shorten delivery times. If available, this option will be presented at checkout.

2. Express Delivery

  • Delivery Time: 2-3 business days (this timeframe includes both production and shipping).
  • Cost: $7.99 for the first item, with an additional $2.40 for each additional item in the same order.
  • Availability: This option is available for orders placed through our website and is routed to the print provider best suited to meet the expedited timeframe.

Important Shipping Notes:

  • Production Time: Please remember that HMD Gear products are made-to-order. The production time (fulfillment) for your item cannot be expedited, regardless of the shipping method chosen. The delivery times listed above are estimates after production is complete.
  • Shipping Restrictions: There are generally no shipping restrictions within the contiguous United States. However, please be aware that certain areas, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other unincorporated US territories, may experience longer delivery times.
  • Tracking: For your convenience, tracking information will be provided for all orders once they have shipped. You will receive an email with your tracking details.
  • Unsuccessful Delivery: In the event of an unsuccessful delivery (e.g., incorrect address provided by the customer), you may opt for a reprint with an additional charge, or a partial refund. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate to avoid delays or issues.
