Refund policy
At HMD Gear, we create unique, on-demand products, meaning each item is specially produced just for you once an order is placed. Due to this personalized production process, we do not support returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.
Damaged Products or Manufacturing Errors
We stand behind the quality of our products. In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing error, we offer a free reprint or a full refund. To be eligible, you must contact us within 30 days of product delivery.
To initiate a claim for a damaged product or manufacturing error, please follow these steps:
- Contact our support team by emailing us at hello@hmdgear.com
- Provide a clear photo showing the issue.
- There is no need to return the damaged product.
If the issue affects multiple products with the same design, we will require an additional photo or video showing all affected items together in one frame for confirmation.
Important Notes:
- Wrong Size or Color Ordered: We are not responsible for and will not offer reprints or refunds if you ordered the incorrect size or color. Please double-check your order before finalizing your purchase.
- Unsuccessful Delivery: In the case of an unsuccessful delivery, you may choose to have your order reprinted at an extra charge, or you can opt for a partial refund.
- DTG Print Placement Tolerance: For Direct-to-Garment (DTG) products, please be aware that there is a tolerance of 0.5 inches (approximately 1.27 cm) for print placement. Minor variations within this tolerance will not be considered defects.
